Parents/Guardians can collect the application form from the school office from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. on payment of Rs. 250/.
Application form is to be filled and submitted to the school office along with the admission fee.
At the time of admission following documents are to be submitted to the school office.
1-Recent passport size 2 photograph of student with one photograph of guardian.
2-Last year’s Mark-sheet of the child.
3-Copy of birth certificate issued by Nagar Nigam ( In case of new admission ) or Original T.C. of the child issued from the school last attended.
4-Copy of child’s progress report card of last attended class.
5-Copy of proof of residential address of guardian Such as Adhar Card / Voter I.D. / D.L. / Ration Card. Date for admission test will be given at the time of submission of form.
Note * Admission will be confirmed only when all of the documents mention above have been submitted in school.
1- Due date of fees deposit is 1st to 10th of every month between 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM
2-All dues must be settled before student appears in exam.
3-Fees once paid will not be refunded / adjusted in any case.
4- Computer fee is compulsory for class I to X and is payable with tuition fees.
5- Date for fee deposit is 1st to 10th of every month.
6-Total fees for one year will be charged in 8 Installment as scheduled above
7-Admission fee is applicable for new students once for ever
8-Discount for onetime fee deposit is applicable if fee is deposited by month of April
9- Pre board examination fee for class X& XII will be realised in December in place of annual examination fee.
10- One way conveyance facility is not available. If student requires one way facility , he / she will have to pay full charge of both sides
11- The school fee is deposited by cheque/ Draft in favour of “Vaibhav Academy”. Fees by cash deposit will not be accepted
12- Post dated cheques will not be accepted. In case cheque is dishonored, the school office will not be responsible.
13- If cheque is dishonored, fees will be accepted by Demand Draft only along with fine of Rs. 250.00 as penalty at school office.
14- In case fee deposited by cheque is bounced in Bank, bank charges with penalty will be charged with fees by school.
15- Students who attend school even for one day in new session and later withdraw during midsession for any reason will have to pay full fees for the next three month.
16-Parents applying for withdrawal from school of their ward in mid session will have to pay the school fee for the next three month.
17- Conveyance charge will be applicable from the same month of admission if availed by student.
18- Conveyance fee will be charged for 12 months, if availed by student.
